The breakfast here is really good, they serve it hot! I also liked how the rooms are spacious and cozy. They come with nice extras like tea and a mini fridge, which is handy. 🍳

The staff was helpful and flexible, the rooms large and well equipped. The pool is a real plus and is open until 22.00 o'clock.

The staff is helpful and flexible, the accommodation clean and generous. Especially pleasant is the pool with the guest friendly opening hours until 22.00 o'clock. Breakfast is simple but okay. I'd come back. Great price/performance ratio!

The location was great, within walking distance of a multi-purpose stadium, the spacious room had large windows, a mini-fridge, and a delicious breakfast.

The hotel is the top choice in Guelph. the breakfast is hot and fantastic with a wide variety of meals. - the staff are super friendly and excellent. - Great location close to the University, arboretum, and bus station. - Easy walking distance to Gryphon.

I really enjoyed best and extremely friendly employees!
It was a reasonably priced hotel in a safe area, just next door to university and a nicely landscaped hillside. The location was perfect and peaceful, around 10-15 minutes walk from a public gallery. The breakfast was above average, they make a huge variety of meals.

The rooms were very clean and spacious and we enjoyed our breakfast each day.
We were extremely pleased with our stay. Just a suggestion....maybe serve breakfast until 11 oclock on weekends as we felt a little rushed to get down for breakfast.
